Many products for sale on the Discover-Deliver.com website are bespoke and made-to-order. Bespoke products are clearly identified on the hobosociety.com website, but should you be uncertain you are requested to contact Customer Services by email email@example.com quoting the product in which you are interested. Bespoke Products include pieces where it is necessary to select a specific finish or upholstery.
Bespoke Products and made to order products cannot be returned. The order is final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Should you wish to alter an aspect of the finish, we may be able to do this if that part of the product has not been entered into production. If it has already been entered into production then you order cannot be changed.
Customers are requested to inspect their product(s) immediately on delivery. The return or replacement of product(s) that are found damaged or defected upon arrival will be the responsibility of The Hobo Society if reported within a 24 hour period from the time the product(s) are received. These reports should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with images and other relevant information that may act as proof of damage.
With the exception of defects, all sales of Bespoke Products and Made to Order Products are final and no return will be accepted.
For product(s) that are not bespoke and belong to a category of goods where there is a continuous flow of production of standardized units, then returns will be accepted within seven working days from the time of delivery. The product must then be returned within its original packaging with the labels attached and no obvious sign of use. Product(s) which fall into this category and which are returnable are clearly identified on the relevant product page. Voluntary returns will only be accepted where the product(s) is in perfect condition and shows no obvious signs of use.
The cost of handling all damaged returns will be borne by The Hobo Society. This includes managing the collection of the defect product(s) as well as supply of replacement product(s). Voluntary returns are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds pertaining to voluntary returns will only cover the value of the product(s). Shipping & Insurance and potential duties and taxes will not be refunded. You are asked to contact The Hobo Society team at email@example.com for directions regarding your return.
Refunds will be credited against the original method of payment.
All international refunds will be refunded for the equivalent amount taken in Euros on the original order. Due to fluctuations in the currency exchange rate this may result in a difference between the refunded amount and the original price.
